Way Too Early Bowl Predictions

It’s October 7th and football is in full swing. There are about 6,723,123,094,323,321,345 different outcomes that all seem very possible for the regular season standings. Read this. Go to StubHub. Buy tickets. Book a hotel. Get ready for Bowl Season.
Rose Bowl: (1) Alabama vs (4) Ohio State
Bama keeps rolling on its way to a perfect regular season and more importantly an Iron Bowl Victory. This year Bama doesn’t slip up Thanksgiving weekend.
Sugar Bowl: (3) Kentucky vs (2) Clemson
Kentucky is this year’s surprise team. Kentucky goes on to beat Georgia in the regular season, and then Alabama in the SEC Championship to punch a ticket into the playoff. Snell books his tickets to New York for the Heisman ceremony.
Peach Bowl: Georgia vs West Virginia
Georgia loses to Kentucky in the regular season but beats Auburn. They are hometown favorites against Heisman finalist Will Grier, who debates whether he will play against Georgia in the Peach Bowl.
Citrus Bowl: LSU vs. Michigan
LSU loses big to Alabama and settles with a Citrus Bowl matchup with Michigan. This is Patterson’s final test before preparing for the draft but will get picked apart by the Bayou Bengals.
Gator Bowl: Auburn vs. Miami
Auburn has a decent season but loses to both Georgia and Alabama on the road. Stidham decides to come back another season after his draft stock has fallen to the middle rounds.
Music City Bowl: Florida vs Northwestern
Florida ends the season just how you’d expect. A mid-level bowl game that they vastly underperform in. Go Gators.
Texas Bowl: Miss St vs Texas Tech
Mississippi State QB Fitzgerald gets a favorable matchup against a weak secondary in his last chance to impress scouts.
Belk Bowl: South Carolina vs Syracuse
South Carolina finishes with 8 wins and stays close to home as they face a much-improved Syracuse Orange.
Liberty Bowl: Texas A&M vs Kansas State
Throwback Big 12 Game in Memphis, Tennessee. Lots of points.
Birmingham Bowl: Missouri vs USF
Drew Lock gets a chance to show off in the Magic City, but ultimately decides to sit out after a 3,500 yard season with only 6 wins to show for it. Lock is still LOCKED in as a top round gunslinger.
