The Super Bowl is hands down one of the most entertaining spectacles of the year. From the epic battle that has been hyped up for the past two weeks to the awesome commercials that will be talked about for the rest of the year, the Super Bowl rarely disappoints. Coin Toss:

  • Heads  -105
  • Tails  -105

Want to start the night off early with a bang? Put money on tails because everyone knows, tails never fails.

Super Bowl MVP – (My Favorites)

  • Tom Brady +
  • Todd Gurley +1000
  • CJ Anderson +1600
  • Aaron Donald +1800
  • Cordarrelle Patterson +8000
  • Matthew Slater +40,000

If the Patriots win Brady most likely wins another MVP to add to his collection. One exception I could see about this would be if either Patterson or Slater have a huge game on special teams, but if they win and Brady has over 200 yards passing, he will most likely be rewarded. Gurley has had an amazing season and will be given a lot of touches. Anderson has also had a great postseason stretch and would make a great story if he won the MVP. If it is a defensive game won by the Rams, Donald is the favorite.

How many plays will Tony Romo correctly predict during the game?

  • Over 7.5 -140
  • Under 7.5 Even

8 correctly predicted plays are outrageous, even if it is the savant Tony Romo calling the game. However, I am going to take the over because Romo is a machine. You better know Romo is aware of this prop and he will be showing off to the millions of fans tuned in to the Super Bowl.

How many replays will be shown of Ted Rath holding Sean McVay back during the game?

  • Over 1.5 -175
  • Under 1.5 +135

Every coach deserves a hold back guy and Ted Rath may be one of the most featured scenes in the Super Bowl. I’m taking the over on this one.

How long will it take Gladys Knight to sing the National Anthem?

  • Over 1:47 -160
  • Under 1:47 +120

The national anthem is an absolute classic and this year could go either way. This bet has hit the under each of the last 5 years. Performers are nervous and don’t want to mess up, which natural causes them to want to blow by it. Under 1:47 would be a quick anthem, but I am going to stick with the trend.

Will any scoring drive take less time than it takes Gladys Knight to sing the national anthem?

  • Yes -110
  • No -130

I love this bet and I am taking yes. Although the Patriots will likely be slowing this game down I truly believe that there will be a drive shorter than the anthem. Also, don’t forget the Patriots dominate the two-minute drill.

What color will the Gatorade be that is poured on the game-winning coach?

  • Lime/green/yellow +225
  • Orange +300
  • Blue +375
  • Red +400
  • Clear +400
  • Purple +1,000

This is one of the toughest bets of the night, but I am going to go with clear. Orange is always a classic and Lime is my personal favorite, but I predict that the Gatorade will be clear.

Will a fan run onto the field during the game?

  • Yes +800
  • No -2,500

Yes, yes, yes, yes. It will not make television, but there will be a fan on the field during the game. My only concern is the end zone section in the lower level is fairly elevated so the fan must come from the sidelines.

What will be the first song performed by Maroon 5?

  • “One More Night” +300
  • “Makes Me Wonder” +500
  • “Sugar” +550
  • “Animal” +600
  • “Girls Like You” +600
  • “Moves Like Jagger” +600
  • “Don’t Wanna Know” +700
  • “Payphone” +1,000
  • “Maps” +1,500
  • “She Will Be Loved” +1,500
  • “This Love” +1,500

I’m going all in on “Sugar”. One of the more popular and more recent songs will be the perfect start to the halftime show.

Will any touchdown be overturned by replay?

  • Yes +155
  • No -220

Absolutely. The NFL is already in hot water with their refs so expect a ton of replays. If this game is as close as I expect there will be a TD reversed.

Will any player be ejected for throwing a punch or fighting?

  • Yes +700
  • No -1,600

I’m taking these odds because a player by the name of Ndamukong Suh is playing. If arguably the dirtiest player of all time comes close to hitting Brady low there will be punches thrown.

Will the Chick-Fil-A Franchise in Mercedes-Benz Stadium be open on Super Bowl Sunday?

  • Yes +575
  • No -1,100

There is absolutely no chance that Chik-Fil-A will be open on a Sunday. No chance.

Will the roof of Mercedes-Benz Stadium be open for kickoff?

  • Yes -175
  • No +135

The weather looks like it will be in the mid 50’s for the extent of the game with a small chance of rain. I think it will most likely be closed, but don’t rule it out just yet. At +135 why not take a chance?
