Do you have a favorite game/moment?
Favorite game was the Missouri game this past season. It was the first start of my college career and we beat them on a game winning field goal with less than 6 seconds left on the clock. We endured a torrential downpour and had to comeback from a 9-point deficit after the half.
Favorite Gameday tradition?
This can only have one answer, my favorite gameday tradition was coming out to “2001” at home games. The noise and pure excitement that is pumping throughout the stadium is unmatched.
Why did you decide to go to South Carolina?
One two biggest reasons I chose South Carolina are that I wanted to experience a new state outside of Florida and I wanted to play SEC football. And then after my first visit, I fell in love with the state of South Carolina; the people here are warm and it felt like a family, not just football team, but the whole city of Columbia.
Is there anything you don’t miss about being a student athlete?
The one thing I won’t miss is the conditioning test we took at the beginning of summer workouts. We had to run 26 110 yard sprints and we usually ran more, because someone would miss a time.
If you woke up one morning and had zero plans or responsibilities, how are you spending your day?
This is tough, I would either binge watch shows all day and read, or I would drive to some mountain and go hiking. If I lived in the mountains, though, I would go snowboarding on every no plan day.
If you could pick up a skill or talent immediately what would you choose?
The ability to sing. I love to sing in the car and sing to songs in general, but my voice isn’t the best and it would probably help with the ladies.
Who was your favorite athlete to watch growing up?
I actually have two favorite athletes, and they are from two different sports. Tom Brady is still my favorite athlete to watch in the game of football. Lionel Messi is my favorite athlete to watch in soccer.
Do you have a favorite restaurant in Columbia?
I categorize restaurants into cheap, nice, and fancy. My favorite cheap restaurant is Real Mexico; my favorite nice restaurant is Colas; and my favorite fancy restaurant is Hall’s Chophouse.
If you could live any historical figure’s life, who would you choose?
John D. Rockefeller, he is a huge player in the growth of America and his contributions to medicine and education. And it wouldn’t be awful to be one of the richest men in all of time.
What Netflix show did you binge watch the fastest?
This is probably the easiest question on here, I binge watched The Office the fastest. Top 3 greatest shows of all time.
You get backstage passes to any concert you want. Who are you seeing?
Kygo, I love EDM, but I love the soft/emotional EDM where there is singing in it and not just beats going on. He, right now, is my favorite artist out.
