2018 Porch Picks: Week 1
Football is back, ladies and gentlemen. That means Porch Picks Are BACK! After Michael Pavy narrowly and controversially (not controversial whatsoever, but Chris is irate) beat Chris by a mere three games, the boys are back at it like a bad habit. This year will feature some new and exciting aspects to our weekly picks, but we have decided to wait and unveil those next week… we didn’t want to overstimulate our dedicated fanbase on the first dang weekend of college football.
This week’s guest picker is a man that needs no introduction (here comes an introduction), Roo Daniels. Roo is a born and bread South Carolinian, but was raised a Georgia Dawg since birth. He spent the majority of his Saturdays growing up in Athens watching the Dawgs play. It was never easy growing up in Columbia as a Georgia fan but he has always been an avid SEC fan. Roo took his talents up to Spartanburg to play for the legendary Mike Ayers at Wofford College. It was the best decision of his life. And while he may be a huge Georgia fan, he will always be a Terrier. Welcome Roo, and good luck, and we wish all of y’all a fun and exciting weekend full of SEC Football.
